Zaid Faul

Dr. Zaid Fadul is a physician, healthcare executive, and innovator whose work spans Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Health. As CEO of Bespoke Concierge MD, he leads a modern approach to care that integrates primary care, functional medicine, and artificial intelligence to deliver highly personalized, technology-enabled healthcare.

In parallel with his civilian leadership, Dr. Fadul serves as Squadron Group Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force Reserve with the 926th Aerospace Medicine Squadron. His work focuses on operational medicine, including flight clearances and physical evaluations for fighter pilots and aircrew, as well as care in high-performance and high-risk environments such as special operations, dive medicine, and firefighting.

Dr. Fadul is also an educator and public communicator, reaching more than 100,000 subscribers through his YouTube channel, where he translates complex medical topics into accessible, evidence-based insights. His prior leadership roles include serving as Inpatient Medical Director at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Phoenix and developing virtual care models that expand access while maintaining clinical excellence. His global health experience includes medical missions across Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

He holds a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University. Dr. Fadul is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and he completed executive training through the Global Healthcare Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School. He serves on the Executive Board of the Maricopa County Medical Society and as a Board Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (Arizona Chapter), where he acts as Military Liaison. Outside of medicine, he is a husband and father of four.
